The taste of the future Europe

The province of Gelderland hosted the 50th annual meeting of the Association of European Regions and Borders . Katja Gruijters was invited to design a food experience based on the ingredients, rituals and traditions of seven European borders.

After a phase of research, a walking dinner   was proposed with installations evoked values and positive practices of  the taste of future Europe. 

This project was developed   during a residency at Studio Katja Gruijters.
