Cooking Recipe as an Artifact of Design

The work approaches the cooking recipe from a design perspective, exploring the components of the recipe and the way in which they relate to each other. The recipe is explained as a food design artifact and a model is proposed  to identify and facilitate the design and redesign processes  of recipes from the relationship with the user, the objects, the context and its usefulness as culinary design and development tool.
