Espumas de Cacao, is a gastronomic experience of foams of pre-Hispanic origin, made from cacao beans. These foams are still in use in many populations of Oaxaca, and are related with joy and celebration due to their texture and restorative properties. Our foams are designed using traditional recipes and integrate flavors and combinations inspired by the ingredients of Ancient Mexico. The experience consists of a tasting of five different foams with four starters; different gestures, rituals and utensils are added to promote a dialogue between tradition and innovation.
The experiences takes place at our space located in the center of the city of Oaxaca, one block from the Merced market, at: 10:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

The maximum capacity is 12 people and lasts 90 minutes . The cost is $650.00 mxn per person.
