It is a tasting of foams of pre-Hispanic origin, made from cocoa beans. These foams, still used in many towns in Oaxaca, are associated with joy and celebration due to their texture and restorative properties.

 

Our foams have been designed to integrate flavors and combinations inspired by ingredients from Ancient Mexico such as flowers, seeds, herbs, grains and vines.
