It is an experience that through a tasting menu explores the colors, the flavors, the aromas  and the symbols of the elements that make up the offerings that are placed in public spaces and homes as part of the celebrations of the day of the dead. 

 

Moles, candies, flowers, copals, distillates, fruits, vegetables, chocolates and seeds are a fundamental part of an experience that refers to pre-Hispanic thought, that which relates the intangible and the supernatural were related to volatility and the refinement of aromas. since they were considered a link with the gods and with the ancestors.
