An experience that seeks to promote the culture of wine in Oaxaca through a sensory exploration and a tasting of labels from four wine regions of the country.  

 

On this tour, which passes through regions such as Baja California, Coahuila, Querétaro and Sonora, we will seek to tell the history of wine in Mexico through labels carefully selected for the setting and the occasion. 

 

By stimulating smell, taste, sight and conversation, attendees will be able to discern the organoleptic components of each label and try a proposal of harmonies and contrasts with the local ingredients and flavors.
